Computer, Email, Zoom, & Microsoft
If you have a technical issue with your computer hardware, wifi/network, school email, Zoom, or Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), contact the IT Help Desk at [email protected] or 717.560.8200 ext. 4357.
Canvas
If you have problems with Canvas, such as submitting assignments or finding your courses, or are experiencing errors in Canvas, click the Help button in Canvas to contact the Office of Digital Learning. Describe the issue with as much detail as you can.
Other Supported Tools
- You may also be asked to use other supported tools in your course. These are tools that have been fully vetted and approved for educational use by Digital Learning. You can find a full list of these tools in the Technology Tools & Your Privacy section below.
- If you experience a problem with 1 of these supported tools, contact Digital Learning by clicking on the Help button in Canvas. In your message to us, identify the course in which you are experiencing the issue and describe the problem as completely as you can.
Allowed Tools
- If a tool not on the supported tools list appears in your course, it is allowed but is not supported by Digital Learning or the IT Help Desk.
- If a problem occurs with an allowed tool, contact your course instructor. They will either assist you directly or help you locate another support option.
