To import the Course Site Template: 1) Open the Template in the Canvas Commons and 2) Import Template into Your Course Site.

1) Open the Template in the Canvas Commons

Click into the Canvas Commons from the global navigation

If it is your first time in the Commons, click Authorize

1. Search Bar: You can use the search bar to type in template if the template course does not show up right away.
2. Course Site Template: From the options below the search bar click on the Featured Course Site Template option.

You will be brought to a preview of the template course

2) Import Template into Your Course Site

Click the Import/Download button
