How am I doing?

The work of faithful Christian teaching and learning presents both challenge and deep reward for the Christian faculty member. You may feel like you have no idea where to start, or may be quite comfortable and simply in search of a few new ideas. As with anything in the classroom, Christian scholarship and teaching is never a place we “arrive,” but a consistent process of working out our faith within our vocation with humility. Consider the following levels of “proficiency” as a personal diagnostic to identify your current successes and next steps for growth:


Novice
